1. How does the process work after completing the initial Reservation Form?
You will receive a welcome email from one of our Project Coordinators who will be your single point of
contact from Start to Finish. They will ask for some basic information about the job, scheduling dates and
times, and follow up with a phone call to confirm the reservation.
2. What type of jobs do we do?
Almost any job you can think of! From gardening, moving, painting, cleaning, household / auto repairs,
installing AC units, ceiling fans, wall mounting TV's / pictures / coat racks, emergency home repairs
(leaky / frozen pipe, clogged drain, etc.) it's a long list!
3. Do you bring your own tools to the job?
Yes, we bring all tools required for any job. Materials or parts expense required for certain jobs or repairs are
are of course added in. For Moving jobs, a truck / Van rental is required at
an added expense. The Project Coordinator will go over all of these things with you!!
4. How do I know how many labor hours to reserve and how does payment work?
We charge $30 per hour, per worker, for ANY job. There is a 2-hour minimum reservation. How many
hours to reserve is another item that our Project Coordinator will help with. You will be required to
pay for the hours reserved, so if the job is completed sooner there must be some other work that needs
to be done! Payment is by credit card or Paypal AFTER the job is completed to your satisfaction. Cash
or check also accepted upon work completion.
5. Are your workers insured?
Yes, our workers undergo background checks and hold general liability insurance.
6. What hours and days of the week do you work?
We work Monday - Friday and Saturdays. Our Project Coordinator will discuss what works best
for you for a particular job, ie. mornings, afternoons or full days on weekdays or do you prefer a
Saturday.
